the iphone4 was nowhere near as good as the SGS2. it was a single core POS. If you mean the 4s, it still wasnt as good. What phone won international phone of the year for 2011? The i4s? Nope, it was handily beaten by the SGS2. Sales are not indicative of quality. The only category that the i4s beat the SGS2 in was in GPU power. Everything else was either a tie or a huge loss on the apple side. The exynos powered SGS2 is the over all best smartphone on the planet.

wow.. Apple beat the Galaxy SII in the most important category... sales... is hard for you being a geek and all but.. sales indicates is a product is successful or not.. keep al your test.. and all.. I doubt Samsung puts a product out to win all tests...

gallito, when the iphone competes against 30 other iOS models with different features, let me know. Until then total sales compared to all devices is a misnomer that only iTards hold on to for desperate hope as only iTards use a closed system that only gets 1 release a year. Even RIM puts out multiple variations every year (yea, its not helping them stop sucking right now though)
Android sales are double iOS sales worldwide. Thats the sales number you should be concerned with, as thats the true number of the entire OS ecosystem. Eventually all these articles about "developers preferring apple over android" are going to turn into "developers chose android over apple since the ecosystem is 100x larger"
But hey, you keep on touting that "biggest seller" moniker... if thats all you have to hold on to, you just keep on holdin on!!

samsung is kidding around , they said the galaxy nexus has only (480x800) but when it was released it had (1280x720) ,this is just a cover for a mega impressive resolution for the real i9300

i had the same thought. Samsung is purposely keeping the resolution low so that you dont know for sure that its the SGS3. Keeps the rumor mill churning as people argue about it. :)

Best selling phone of 2011 is iphone.
