retina display pixel density = 326
Super Amoled = 169
super amoled + = 253

And your question is? Which one looks better? Clarity goes to the retina for its dense pixels.. color, viewing angles, sun light viewing, least power consumption, all go to super amoled + in first place, super amoled in 2nd place, and retina in third.

of course, in real life, not holding your phone to your nose to look at pixels the "clarity difference" between the retina and the super amoled and especially the SA+ is negligable. Look at all the glowing reviews of the GalaxyS 2's display. Not a detractor in the bunch.

The real question is do you wan to have like 5% better clarity when reading miniscule text on a 3.5 inch screen, or do you want better everything else on a 4 inch or 4.3 inch screen??

This test does not say that the Galaxy S2 best of Optimus 2X! The Galaxy S2 has a clock at 1200MHz and the Optimus 2X at 1000MHz, setting the same frequency on Optimus 2X you have the same result! My Optimus clocked at 1200MHz Quadrant test scores in 3718!

I say let us let people decide which phone they are looking forward to the most Here's a poll from an android forum on which phone is the next most anticipated

Samsung Galaxy S II 24%

HTC Pyramid 22%

HTC Evo 3D 18%

T-Mobile G2X 16%

Motorola Droid Bionic 12%

sony experia play 2%

rest got 1 %
T-Mobile Sidekick
LG Thrill
Samsung Infuse
Kyocera Echo

Samsung delivers amazing products and will continue to do so. Last year they provided a product that was on par with the Evo 4g, it was the Epic 4g. That phone had it all. Now they come out to beat the competition again with their next generation Galaxy line the galaxy S II.
