Taking 2012 by storm, Samsung catapulted all the way to the top last year, as the Korean based company delivered timeless devices over and over again with little pause for its rivals to combat its insatiable appetite. Claiming victory while looking down from the pinnacle of the mountain, Samsung as a whole transformed from being a competitor trying to emerge from a heap of hard rollers, to the one taking ownership of the crown in the smartphone kingdom. Today marks yet another triumphant push forward in retaining that prestigious crown, seeing that the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S IV just became official-official...

I would say that most people with a GS2 are going to get the GS4, as the GS3 was not enough of a upgrade to move to the GS3. I want a phone that is similarly sized to the GS2. I have to say I am not impressed with not being able to change my battery when it dies. I am also not impressed with not being able to add more memory via SD Card. BUT lets see what Google comes out with in May.

I would get this phone because no other phone has air gesture, or the spen feature without using a pen. Some of the camera features were only offered in purchased apps, but now its built in to go with that 13mp camera. Also you get a universal remote built into the phone. The big thing for me is the exynos A15 CPU. I have yet to see any other phone released to date with a A15 arm CPU. I only ever saw that in a tablet or notebook, and even then it was a dual A15. This will be a quad A15. If anyone has been following the arm A15 vs arm A9, then you would know that an A15 is roughly 40% faster then a comparable A9 at the same clock speed, and # of cores. Not to mention that if this mobile A15 is not hindered in anyway, then it should support xen/KVM hardware virtualization. So you should be able to run two os simultaneously. Now how cool is that? Count me in.

i can't believe people are saying their not gonna buy this phone because of the design O.o
Wow i don't know what to say.. i think Samsung haters managed to make the S4 look bad, happy ?
i will get the S4 soon,
people listen,: don't let hates control you..
buy what you like, if you like the Xperia Z or the HTC One then go ahead and buy it, they are very good high-end devices,, but some people just exaggerate the Plastic
it actually looks and feels good from what i know... it is a very powerful device
Each device has its own niche and advantages

That shiny finish, when the phone gets oily, feels yucky to the touch. At first when they mentioned there would be textured finish, I thought there was hope. But from the pics, it seems like the texture is merely visual and the phone is as smooth as the S3. Yucks! What a bad finish to a good set of features and camera output.

The white model model doesn't look so bad, but the black version is one ugly a55 phone.

Just received my HTC One black yesterday and cannot put it down. Everything about it is unbelievable, the screen, the camera, the speakers and the feel in the hand. It is definately worth the wait America. I love it and can't believe i ever thought about buying the S4. I really hope this device gets HTC out of the s**t because it deserves to. The battery life really isn't that bad, no worse than the iphone i upgraded from.
