Samsung Galaxy Note 4 vs Xiaomi Mi Note Pro poll results: Note 4 still THE phablet

A little over a week ago, we asked the PhoneArena readers to vote between the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro in a battle for phablet supremacy. We're now ready to share the results!

Design-wise, an overhelming 989 (61.05%) out of 1620 readers who voted preferred Samsung's sense of premium, instead of Xiaomi's Apple-inspired vision.

In terms of display quality, 992 (79.04%) out of the 1255 readers who voted, chose Samsung's increasingly awesome Super AMOLED technology. No wonder, seeing that it has been exemplified so darn well in the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's bright, color-accurate screen. It's reasonable for such a display to eat even a perfectly good JDI IPS LCD screen, such as the one in the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, for breakfast.

As for functionality, our readers are anything but complacent towards the outstanding workhorse features offered by the Galaxy Note 4. 803 (66.64%) out of 1205 readers who voted want that S-Pen bad! Still, there are a formidable 402 (33.36%) of our users that are head over heels for Xiaomi's wonderful MI UI and its colorful, feature-rich character.

Finally, as many as 964 (80.74%) out of 1194 readers who voted think that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a better camera than the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. No wonder, Samsung definitely managed to make an example out of the Note 4 in terms of photography, and has been spending its time refining its camera algorithms even further, as evident by the Galaxy S6's outstanding photo quality. But Xiaomi is no less ambitious, so more and more excellent photos will be coming out of the Chinese upstart's hi-end smartphones!
