Samsung's first mid-range phablet, the Galaxy Note 3 Neo, comes as a direct competitor to the Note II, which still sells globally, as they share very similar specs. Both sport 5.5” HD 720p displays, have 2 GB of RAM and 8 MP cameras on the back. Let's take a first look whether Samsung has managed to differentiate the smaller Note 3 enough to make people grab it before the also-affordable Note II...

"while the Note 2 is stuck on TouchWiz 4.0, and Android 4.1." Note 2 is already received 4.3 update, so why don't you update your Note 2, PA team?

Shamesung make copy of it's copies and put new high price. As a Note 2 owner I'm worry about future updates after release this Neo.

Me too as well, I'm worried that my Note 10.1(2012) will stuck on Android 4.1.2 forever without any future version update. If that happens, my Note 10.1 will be the last Samsung device I ever buy.
