Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi Android 4.0 update now live in the States

The Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi may be under a court-ordered injunction in the U.S., but that can't stop the tablet from being updated to Android 4.0. Owners of the tablet are reporting that the update is rolling out now from sea to shining sea, so you might want to see (what do you expect on a Monday?) if your unit has received it yet. The update comes to the U.S. a couple of weeks after it was sent out overseas
The update brings the Android build on the device to 4.0.4 with the software version ringing up as IMM76D. Ice Cream Sandwich is arriving to the Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 Wi-Fi OTA, but if your unit hasn't received it yet, there is no need to pout. You can force the issue by doing a manual update using Samsung Kies.

I have been waiting for this update forever! I even contemplated bringing my 10.1 to work today :-( Has anyone installed it yet and if so is it well worth the wait?

i brought mine to work today. i had to install Kies for windows to do the update. it took about 20 minutes beginning to end. Over all I like it. It looks just like ICS on the Galaxy S3.

Wow only 7 months after Moto and Asus released it. Nice going Samsung.

I don't see the update at all in either Kies or OTA on my Google IO 10.1 yet.
