"To justice"

So... when do we get to bring Apple to justice for notifications, OTA updates, phone technology, dual core processors, lock screen camera access, and the many other things that other phones had before the iPhone?

Of course it makes no sense! Why would it? After all, I'm only naming the many things only implemented on iPhones after Android did it!

And just so we avoid confusion, I think the litigation on both sides is ridiculous and needs to end. Especially since Sammy is changing its software already to differentiate from the iPhone/iPad.

hey man chill out. . . if u have so much faith in Apple and think they are the greatest, then why bother to go to Phonearena everyday because people with iPhones live their lives knowing that Apple will prevail. And you should be one of those people to have a "life" outside of a virtual world but instead you choose to waste 10 hours a day on a website. What kind of example are you showing us about the "iPhone people". . . having no real life

Will the ban happen? Never! Apple too big and powerful! The iZombies will wage war. There'll be a "Resident Evil 6!"

amazing how apple's "bar napkin" lawsuits get expedited and have preliminary injunctions, while samsung's patent lawsuits that apple admits to breaking.. get paused..

me thinks someone is bribing lawyers.

Remixfa´s right. A lawsuit based on the patenting of rectangle devices with a screen gets a preliminary ban. A lawsuit based on an actual invention (3G) gets paused. Come on! I don´t like the lawsuits and all, but there is definitely something freaky going on here.

Of course, since samsung actually produces a ton of the components of the iPhone, maybe samsung´s just trying to scare apple and not ban their products.
