Samsung ATIV sleek Windows RT tablet leaks out minutes before event
Just minutes before Samsung’s IFA 2012 official press event kicks off, the Samsung ATIV 10.1-inch Windows RT-powered tablet leaked out.

The Samsung ATIV slate looks pretty generic, with a single physical button with the Windows logo on it, as you can see on the image below obtained by TheVerge.

The device is said to run on a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and sport a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 1.9-megapixel front shooter.

Designwise, the ATIV Tab will be a pretty slick device, measuring just 8.9mm thick and with a weight of 570g. Stay tuned - we should see it become official in probably less than an hour.

Is the ATIV name short for creative? That's how we would pronounce it and it would be a jab at Apple, which has the iPad, often accused to be more of a content consumption device, but not that fit for content creation.

I'm pretty convinced all these leaks are just marketing stunts.
