These phones were a joke to begin with. Someone should be fired at microsoft and Bill gates should lure execs at apple to run the mobile division - windows and microsft have fallen on hard times and if windows 7 does only so-so, then bye-bye.... How can you relase a phone that is so bland - even kids, who were their target audience, want something like an ANDROID or IPHONE.

the problem is these things are targeted at teens, but have smartphone web requirements. If they had the normal 10-15 web, they woulda sold alot more.

lol, yeah, I believe it is parents buying the phone for their teen-age kid - and that kid probably is too embarassed to take the phone to school - on the bright side, it will decrease the chances of the phone being stolen, unless that kid is trying to get the phone stolen and hope to get something better....

Its apparently true, i used to work in a VZW store, i stopped in yesterday and tried playing with one. i couldnt even friggin find the main menu. I couldnt find anything besides the social networking menu it was it, i talked to the techs and they have apparently not sold 1 so far. Upgrade from win mobile 6.5..... yeah right.

To top it off, there's no calendar app, and not even a calculator app. That's putting a lot of faith in our younger genaration, selling them a phone without a calculator. I think they stand a chance if they throw in even some basic stuff like a calendar, calculator and even some core apps like Pandora, Weatherbug, or other similar popular ones.
