I upgraded my phone to the samsung captivate last year. Fckin rogers changed their policy to 3 years before another upgrade can be made. I guess i'll just have to sell the captivate to get the ARC

Hey....I have good news for you. The upgrade policy is back to 24 months and not 36. It was only changed for about a week and they decided to retract the change.

You will still have to wait a while since this device will not be on the upgrade menu anyway. I called in to see why no one has called me and they said at the moment we are only contacting new customer orders after that they are contacting existing customers with expired contacts. Late fall will be re-evaluated.
