Rogers customers will be pleased to know that two of Sony Ericsson's Android powered smartphones will make an earlier arrival than what was previously expected. According to MobileSyrup's reliable source, both the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini and X10 mini pro are being bumped up to a May or June release. The potentially good news doesn't end there as it's being speculated that the X10 mini will be selling for $49.99 and the X10 mini pro for a mere $69.99 with a 3-year contract. Those prices surely do look tempting, but the notion of a 3-year contract will still make any US consumer cringe in knowing they'll be tethered for such an extended amount of time with an agreement. Despite all of that, it's nice to see that the Android powered Xperia handsets are making their dive into North America sooner than later.
