I thought it got shelved? Would definitely buy it though. I hope they decide wisely and build another great game basing on the game's immense popularity.

Max Payne 3 already has commercials. I believe it debuts sometime this year. It's got a different tone though. Not as close to the film noir that Max Payne 1 and 2 had. Should be interesting.

Still, I'll be happy to have a Max Payne adventure on my phone. I wonder what the story line will be...

i went to a convention called Pax East this weekend and actually got a chance to play Max Payne 3. It's going to be sweet and comes out next month!! It has a very original Max Payne feel to it.

Max Payne was never hardcore.

Have you heard of Modern Combat[2]? People play that on their phones. Lots of people. It's a fun first-person shooter that's easy to play and the graphics are OK. Just because it's on mobile doesn't mean it's hardcore, and it doesn't mean it sucks. Before you start spewing your immense knowledge of the gaming demographic, you muight want to do a quick Google search and educate yourself for 5 minutes.

i dont know about u guys its just how do u play something like dat on phone, without mouse how is a fps possible ??????

I know where you're coming from, because I use a PC for gaming. Look up Modern Combat 2, it's available for iPhone and Android. Takes a few minutes to get used to, but it's an FPS. The controls are on the screen itself and you can customize the controls and how they work. It's also an online Multiplayer game, so you get to play against other players.
