Rock Band for iOS to be unplayable after May 31

Owners of Rock Band for iOS have started to be greeted with a message that reads, “Dear Rockers, On May 31, ROCK BAND will no longer be playable on your device. Thanks for rocking out with us!”...

I see lawsuits happening after this. Not because the fact the servers will be down may 31st but the fact EA and apple are still letting people buy the app most likely without telling them the servers will be down soon.

Talking about Apple, as usual, I believe that there is an disclaimer which will solve everything against people and here won't be any lawsuits...

You should be alowed to get a full refund no matter what the disclaimer in small print says. No body even knows what all the small print says and if there is some hidden trickery of words in there it won't be alowed or shouldn't be alowed to be a viable part of a contract you agree to. That kind of stuff has been thrown out in the past if it too much bull sh**. You can't just put what ever you want in those disclaimers and have them hold up. It has to be with in reasonable justification or with the intent to protect your own product from outside threat not to scam somebody out of there money.

That being said I don't get it if you download the game is it only playable with an Internet connection or can you not have any connection and still enjoy the game and the songs that you have downloaded
