According to ABI Research, those smartphone users whose phone has at least one store-branded app installed, make better customers than those whose app drawer is empty of any retailer-centric application on board...

i actually have a carrier app because i hate going into to stores just for a bill pay. i also have to hit over 58gb this month in data usage. it will be legend... wait for it... dary!!

Next thing you know, your local carrier branded phone will come with a crapload of advertisers permanently installed apps. If not, you know they're wanting to and are thinking about how they could do it.
