After exited beta last month, Republic Wireless has started shipping out the pre-orders for the modified Motorola DEFY XT handsets that will allow users to enjoy unlimited talk, text and web for only $19 a month; the service runs over Wi-Fi and when you're in an area bereft of such a signal, the phone converts to Sprint's 3G pipeline...
