Wait, so despite all the multitasking restrictions and so-called optimizations, WP still has batt and stability issues? Lol.

Its more undestandable in Android as there's a huge variety of hardware in Android, a ton of features, proper multitasking and a variety of UI skins, but in WP Microsoft controls almost everything, the OS itself is stilĺ highly restricted and nowhere near as functional as Android, yet it already has freeze, reboot and battery issues, thats quite a sad site for such a controlled OS, but i guess its expected with it being a MS product :) so no suprises here.

Lol, I haven´t seen a single Android phone that doesn´t freeze and reboot. I have heard a couple of complains about battery life and people said that deactivaing NFC would help fix the problem.

No reboots here. Only freezes are with 3rd Party Apps- Words with Friends is very slow to respond, but eventually responds. My music loads a bit slow too, but then again I have 4000+ High Quality M4A/AAC files on it to scan through (Loading a song in the A's is quick, but the other side of the alphabet is slow, so there must be some slow indexing or no indexing used). My Battery is 1-1.5 days (Could even be 2 days with average use. Better than any other Android on ATT other than Note 2.

This is actually pretty bad considering how long they were working on it before they released it.

Exactly, and all the hype. :)
Think we all expected too much of MS, freezes, and reboots are features in their products, we cant expect them to change now, lol.

wow. i cant believe phonearena used the verge as a source. they are one of the most biased sites on the internet. you will never get an informed article about both sides of the story. please dont bring their BS to this site.

on the other hand, i have a lumia 920 and have not had my phone reboot randomly and i use it all day every day for multiple things while having multiple things open. the battery power at first was weak but it isnt anymore. once it goes through a couple charge cycles it is fine. thats kind of crazy right? dont battery instructions tell you you need a couple charge cycles to set the life of the battery? god forbid the lumia 920's battery being the same way. i wonder why the verge left that bit of info out? it would go against their bais.

please lets stick to better informed articles on phonearena.

umadbro?
The verge is an awesome site, just because they say stuff you don't like doesn't make them biased.
I feel sorry for you, poor soul

Same with my S3, dont tell the WP fanboys though, it goes against what they'd like to believe. :'D

I find it hilarious they have to turn off NFC to save battery, i've got NFC and S Beam constantly on on my S3 and it lasts 1.5-2days on moderate use. :)

Nokia gave me the following advize after my phone rebooted twice yesterday - make sure you use the back button when exiting any app as it otherwize stays open. If the number of open apps gets too high the phone reboots. It is thus similar to a regular Windows PC - you cannot have too many open programs before performance deteriorates.
