Report finds continuing use of cell phones by prisoners; growing problem that's rising

Looking at the cold hard facts, jails across the country have been dealing with alarming issue of cell phones somehow getting into the hands of prisoners. Even more scary, is the fact that the number of contraband cell phones seized in minimum security...

Can't they just cover the prison in a copper mesh? That would stop cell signals from getting in or out.

I have a uncle who means the world to me (no father long story) who is in prison we texts me every once and a while
there are people like him with good intentions cant they just let certain people use them
