A mid range phone is what WP7 needs. No one wants to pay top dollar on a OS you are not sure is for you. HTC is respected, and several good phones will encourage buyers to give it a try.

Hey the OS is desirable, best put it out on some devices and get things rolling until the big guns are ready... Too bad few enthusiasts will not be biting for these midrange models, I want a bad boy. I'm willing to wait.
