Earlier today, we got word that the veteran smartphone maker is planning on holding an event in London on October 6th for something, but more importantly for US consumers, they’ll be in New York City for something special tomorrow...

The Bliss, or whatever it will be called, is also a mid-range device. Cannot believe that it is the driving force behind a HTC event. Everyone remembers the back lash against Sprint for the huge build-up for the single core, non-4G Echo announcement. There has to be something else brewing.....

Hope the Sensation and EVO 3D get Sense 3.5 so long as its not laggy. Hopefully they'll announce that they'll start using NVIDIA or TI chips in their phones. Not that Snapdragons suck its just that they don't bring out the full Sense UI experience to its best. Also, some Amoled screens would be nice. dunno why they went back to LCD after the Desire.

Lets hope they out a device or two with the upcoming ICS release. Or i would like to see the Ruby/Amaze 4G delayed and released with ICS and the screen bumped to 720p HD like the Vigor. Also for it to have at least 16GB internal storage and a more powerful battery(1800-2000 mAh). Despite all the rumors and speculation of Samsung as the OEM for the new Nexus...call me crazy but i am still holding out hope and wishing for HTC as the OEM of the Nexus or at least come out with an ICS device equivalent or even better than the Nexus...but we will have to know something abt the said device and its availability b4 the Nexus hit the shelves.

I think they'll reveal their US plans for the rest of the year, it cannot JUST be the Bliss alone for an entire event.

boy was I wrong, what a huge disappointment that conference was. I'm glad I was too busy to watch it.
