If you are a registered Apple developer, you can actually go ahead and download iOS 7 beta 1 from Apple today; the devices that will accept the new OS are the Apple iPhone 5, the Apple iPhone 4S and the Apple iPhone 4. In addition, the 5th generation Apple iPod touch will also be compatible. Registered Apple developers pay $99 a year for the privilege..

I have an iPhone 4 and so does my sister and girfriend. Lemme tell you me as an average user, have NO problems with battery life. I manage to be from 8 to 8 with no charging. And the best part is that the original charger can charbe about 2% per minute, so from 0% i go to 70-80 in about 40 minutes.
