About a week after it popped up in the App Store, Gameloft's Real Soccer 2013 is now available for Android devices as well. Installing the game is free, but there are in-app purchases that you can use to improve your gaming experience...

This is obviously not in the same, uh, league with the FIFA 13, but it is a fun and good enough freemium game in its own right.
Doesn't require real money to enjoy the gameplay per se

FIFA is not free and Gameloft's Support is better than EA's which is never replying to my email.
