It's been that price for a week already, the 3gs was $200+ in good condition before the price drop.

target has a better deal, they dropped $50 of their iphone 4's. got a white 32gb iphone 4 from target last week for $250

Target has the 3Gs for 19.99 and the iPhone 4's for $149.99 (16GB) and $249.99 (32GB). To top it off, a 3Gs in good condition could save you up to another $137 on trade in! Other hot devices like the HTC Inspire are $115 on trade-in there as well.

Sam's club has had the 16gb iPhone 4 from either carrier for 147.00 for weeks here, switched to Verizon from AT&T and bought my wife one before the unlimited data changed.
