I hope you're right David :-) If you are, they better announce it officially soon! They have been keeping this thing under wraps. How do you have the inside scoop when nowhere else on the internet is this reported? I would think that someone besides Davidthephoneguy would release such breaking news lolol.

Hey if this phone is only $499.99 without a contract, I am so there. I will buy this phone full price & when there is a beast of a phone that has a quad-core chip set then that is when I use my upgrade credit. Now though the HTC Evo 3D is the sweet sexy phone of my dreams & I can't wait until the phone FINALLY gets released. I just can't wait to hold that phone & surf the web on a 4G network with insane 1.2 GHz speed. The power on the phone is truly a marvel. The games on that bad boy won't be too shabby either! Time can't go by fast enough!

Hopefully a store will sell it to you. I know like our store we reserve all sales for contracts. Then non contracts come when we have fed the needing public.

I work for a major retailer in the connection center ( bestbuy , target walmart or radio-shack) and today we had price drops on the EVO, EVO SHIFT and the EPIC. they are all now 98.88 at my retailer with a 2 year contract. So some proof that it might be releasing soon.

However, it takes about 2 weeks from FCC approval date to street date, as far as we know the htc evo 3d has not been approved yet by the fcc sooooooo i say middle of june

we'll have to see but think the add is fake just cause on the add it says check outwww.radioshack.com/EVO3D and that doesn't even exist.

That's cause it's an add that hasn't been released yet. The post says it's a "leaked promo" so obviously someone got a hold of it before it should be put out. I bet come June 3rdwww.radioshack.com/evo3d will be up

Given how phones dont launch on fridays, i doubt june 3rd is the day...sprint phones always launch on sundays, i am hoping for the 5th.though.

sprintguy12303 you need to educate yourself, the Evo 4G came out on Friday, June 4, 2010. Yes most phone never come out on Friday, but this is one of Sprint's best sellers. Also, I think it will be Saturday June 4 2011 because u can't use your 2year upgrade on the 3rd, you would have to wait 1 day. Which would be sold out by then

untrue, your upgrade date always starts on the first day of the month you originally purchased that phone, and also if you pre order you have 3 days to pick up the phone. i work for radioshack i assure u this is correct

Radioshack offers up to 180 dollars for the Evo 4G, just tell the associate you want a normal trade and save, not towards the phone, u will get full value of 179.09 if its in good condition. the 100 is for if the phone is messed up(scratches and dings) u are guaranteed 100.

I have predicted on many forums that the Evo 3d will launch June 3rd which is friday. The original Evo 4g launched friday June 4th 2010 everyone who purchased the evo 4g on that day has a billing cycle of June 1st. Based on the fact that sprint does not want to change people's billing cycle they will release this phone on June 3rd 2011. My preorder has been in with bestbuy since May 8th 2011 so I will stick with that and will hold onto my Evo 4g for a little while even thou i do have a buyer for it. I will be picking up my Evo 3d on day one just as I did for the granddaddy of 4g android devices back in 2010. We on sprint should be proud of the effort sprint has put forward to always provide the best devices for all their customers. Just for information purposes everyone on sprint better also BE READY FOR THE ONLY TEGRA 2 DEVICE THAT WILL BE ON OUR NETWORK COME THE END OF JUNE 2011. We will be also recieving the Atrix 4g but not the verison on At&t sprint has REMODELED the entire device where it now has a 4.3 inch screen with wimax and other goodies I won't say but be ready for this device VERY VERY SOON.
