The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, also known as ICE, has frozen RIM out of a contract renewal, deciding instead to arm its 17,000 workers with an Apple iPhone in a deal worth $2.1 million dollars; its another example of BlackBerry losing business it once owned...
