RIM CEO needs more than buzz words to sell BlackBerry 10

No one is quite sure what to make of BlackBerry 10 just yet, some think it will be "dead on arrival", while some think it will be a success. Not surprisingly, Thorsten Heins, RIM CEO, is one person who thinks that there is hope for the platform. A big part of the plan seems to be to target emerging markets, which would be great because when describing the product, he doesn't have much more than buzz words to prove his point...
