The A53 replaces the A9, not A7 (the A35 replaces the A7)

That being said, Qualcomm really should replace the A7 with the A35
Its really disappointing that MediaTek are the only ones using the A35

3G is going to be abandoned by 2020, or in some places, so with that kind of reckless abandon I guess we need 'smarter' basic phones...
