Finally BB, jesus. It took you long enough.

Hopefully Verizon can pull some strings to get the Tourch 2, if not I will be disappointed...

Be nice to know which phone is going to which carrier. But since this is leaked, it is on a graph without dates, and there is nothing official from RIM, it is just handy info for those who are looking at wanting a new Blackberry sometime this year to use as a guide. Since one of these people is my Wife, and I can't upgrade until she does, I am cheering on Blackberry.....

We see a lot of road maps where I work and it always amazes me how many devices the "powers that be" opt to skip. Its conceivable BB won't get any of these, Snow!

Xan, don't pee on my wireless parade... I get to pick the carrier, spend whatever I want on the phone I want, do it as soon or wait as long as I want.... All she freaking wants is to stick with her Blackberry!!!

The playbook's QNX seems like it might just be the best interface for a tablet, its looking HOT. Hopefully its not weighed down like the Blackberry OS and turns out to be a lightweight OS.

And interesting no GSM, that throws T-mo and AT&T out. Sprint has been confirmed to get a 4G model of this, but that may not be the playbook that's coming out in April, or maybe it is. I hope there's a wifi only model, that's the only one Im interested in.

I hope the playbook is a huge hit. The rumor over among the crackberry crowd is that RIM is going to pattern the next OS to the QNX real life applications. So, next year (???) when the 2012 flavor of mobile comes out from Blackberry, it could be dual core, QNX inspired with a much better internet capabilities and OS7 taylored to be a better match to Android, iOS, Windows (whatever number they will be on), and WebOS if it is a hit. I am hoping they do well, I want to see RIM a player for years to come. They have fallen behind, but a lot of the innovations in the mobile industry is due to their success. But if the Playbook doesn't perform well, RIM may not ever regain their footing.
