Proview is now threatening to move its iPad trademark dispute against Apple into U.S. courts, where it plans to ask for an additional $2 billion in damages...

This proves that Apple steals technology and names of devices for their own benefit, but thinks every company is doing this to them. Apple is nothing but a company of hypocrites!

iPhone, iPad, and iCloud were all owned by other companies before apple slapped the names on their products. They didn't even have permission to use Cisco's iPhone and iCloud's iCloud until after they were already on the market

Many Apple supporters encourage Apple's litigation strategy often citing the phrase, "Don't hate the player, hate the game." And then throw in something about Apple as a company has a responsibility to make money for the shareholders.
Well... if Proview has a valid claim through a technicality is that not the same then? "Don't hate the player, hate the game," because after all, does Proview not have the same responsibility to make money???
I think in another forum somewhere, I actually saw someone claim that Proview did this from the start with the intention of turning around on Apple. If that's the case then we should all be following Proviews predictions since this occurred in 2006, before even the iPad or even iPhone existed on the market. Some people...
