Prive retro brick phone gets the midas touch
As much as we'd like to say that there is some kind of value to those old-school cell phones that laid the foundations to the mobile industry back in the day, they may not be perceived as not having much value when you pit it with the high-end phones that are available today. Fortunately for one retro brick phone that was redesigned by Stuart Hughes, it got a makeover that turned a potential collectors item into a luxury handset that offers some of the mobile essentials. The Prive is a refurbished brick phone that sports 76 flawless IF 23ct diamonds, 22ct solid gold, and of course comes with a “luxury” color screen. Not only will this handset make an impression in your pockets, but it'll no doubt turn heads as you whip it out to on-lookers surprised by its blinding bling. Even though these retro brick phones mights be considered a rarity in themselves nowadays, only 10 Prive phones will be produced – each having a value of approximately $212,400. Not ending there just yet, purchasing the handset will give you a one year free membership to Prive International which is valued at $20,000 and a membership card that offers access to Prive's luxury amenities.
