Presumed Galaxy S5 lock screen animation effect appears
0. phoneArena 19 Feb 2014, 06:57 posted on
Korean sources have posted what they say will be the lock screen effect, coming with the Galaxy S5 on Monday. The animation seems to be up and running on a Galaxy S4 handset, and is a departure from Samsung's current Ripple or Flare lock screen effect choices. Nothing can guarantee this isn't just a custom animation that has arrived with the KitKat update on the SK Telecom version of the S4, though, or has been on it all along...

Meh. Lock screen effects come and go. Time for Sammy to tell all about what their new toy will be equipped with.

Not only that, but it's ugly! I'll be really disappointed if this is somehow true.

I hope it is at least changeable. There's something tacky about it like those weird animations you get when you install a new ROM

The UI still looks like something drawn in a kindergarten class.

They need to make one something like, Samsung Serious.
No bloat, business minded ui, no fancy colors or tweaks, clean and powerful.
