Well can't say it's true or not, but it would be good for Sprint. Sprint is trying to fight back from years of subscriber losses with hot phones and it's 4G service. Course having been with Sprint for years it's my opionon it's their horrible customer service not their phones or network that's driven subscribers to other carriers. But being the first CDMA carrier here to offer WP7 would be a big boost in drawing and keeping subscribers.

Sprint has been the best in CS out of all carriers in the US for the past 3 years according to whom? Sprint execs? Becuase Sprint definitely isn't winning any awards from JD Power.

The CS has gotten much better. I really haven't had to call them in a long time, and if you go into a store it depends on the store you go to. One store may be a bunch of idiots while another will be really nice and try and help you to the best of its ability. I live in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles and the one in Woodland Hills sucks, but the one in Valencia is pretty good. The one in Santa Monica is the worse of them all and the one in Beverly Hills is the best of the 4.
From what I understand its like that with every provider though. I have a friend who likes a specific store for Verizon because they're nicer than the other stores that she's gone to and I have another friend with T-Mobile that will go 25 miles to get to a store that treats her well because the store near her sucks.
I myself can't wait for the HTC 7 Pro. Since it went through the FCC process already and passed, it should come out like January sometime I'm guessing.

Here are a few websites about Sprint. Some seem contradictory to others. I have am a sprint customer, however but am really not qualified to talk to their "current" customer service as I haven't called them recently. I dont know if thats because of a better phone or better service....
