Carphone Warehouse in the U.K. has put the Nokia Lumia 820 up for pre-orders and you can reserve the device SIM-free or with a cellular plan from O2, Vodafone or Orange; pay £29 a month or more for a data plan and get the phone for free...

Is that it? You get the phone free as part of a plan. In the states they charges you in addition to the payments.

i wonder who is going to buy this phone when they can buy an unlocked nexus 4 with a nexus 7 in this price. doesnt even matter how big a fan of wp you are.
