Poll results: Would you mind if Android flagships were thicker, but housed larger camera sensors?

0. phoneArena 17 Mar 2014, 08:24 posted on

We asked you last week, whether you'd accept Android flagships that are a fraction of an inch thicker, or have protruding lens on the back, but fit larger camera sensors. Alternatively, there was a choice for users who think that the latest 16 MP, and even 20 MP cameras, on Android flagships, are already good enough, while the phones can still strut their stuff together with the most anorexic fashion models out there...

The only phone to match or succeed the 1020 is the behemoth 808.

They should have added to the poll and asked if anyone would mind a thicker phone for a bigger battery. I think there would be more people that would not mind a thicker phone if it had incredible battery life.

I wouldn't mind thicker Android flagships if they had sensors like the L1020. But I love the Sony XZ2 too, thin and elegant :)

Galaxy s5 and xperia z1/z2 are the examples to prove that thin phones can house above average large sensors.

Only if the function justifies the design. Why would I like a crossbow while I could have a gun?
If an excellent camera that overcomes the rest, the Answer is NO !!!! I WOULD NOT MIND

10mm ok, fat battery a priority, with a better camera. Displays are already great on any upper scale phone, enough!

All of the smartphone flagships and cameraphone still can't match my Nikon D5200 in terms of image quality.

RECKLESS562 Well, let's look at the devices you currently have and had.
Something tells me you are either not the brightest mobile consumer or just want someone to give you a decent phone. SONY experia might not fit that bil. OF COURSE UNLESS YOU ARE A NEWBIE SONY TROLL!!
