Photoshop Mobile for iPhone gives you editing abilities on the go
One of the most popular photo editing programs makes its debut on the iPhone and iPod touch – Photoshop Mobile. If you've used Adobe's award winning application on a computer, then you might want to check out this mobile version that'll allow you to make some edits on the go. It might not offer the deep options of its computer counterpart, but it's straightforward on-device image editing capabilities will be enough. You'll be able have some of the things you like to do on Photoshop – basic crop, rotate and flip tools, saturation and tint control, exposure settings, and various filters. In addition, there's a Sketch tool which turns your photos into a hand-drawn sketch. Finally, users will get 2GB of free online album storage at Photoshop.com – great for uploading images directly from your iPhone. The Photoshop Mobile app is available for free through the App Store – even a better reason to check it out.

The question is: does Adobe feel like only the iPhone OS can properly utilize photoshop or will they feel other operating systems (blackberry, winmo, webos, android) are up to snuff?

I think Adobe is smart enough to expand to more than just the iPhone OS. I'm sure you'll see it in the futer. the App Store is a great way to get your product out there... they'll go to other platforms.

8 Ball says, "Yes." However, I am not bias, nor do I hail the iPhone. This is a recent purchase for me, as I have been reluctant to get one for so long. Also, as soon as the HD2 comes to the U.S., I'm dumping the iPhone. Just because you are a Verizon fanboy doesn't mean everyone else on here is a fanboy of the technology they purchase or the carrier they use. You are an advertisement for Verizon... they should be paying you for all the advertising you do for them. Tell me, have you ever owned an iPhone?

You guys must not have tried the iPhone 3GS with the hydrogen powered cell phone charger. It works wonders.
