Phones next year might fit those 1080p videos in much smaller sizes, thanks to the upcoming H.265 codec

H.265 has twice the efficiency of the current popular video standard, opening the doors for much less bandwidth utilization while streaming videos on the go, which those who pay through the nose for Verizon's LTE and the like will certainly appreciate...

I still think Full-HD screens is a waste on a smartphone.

We'll probably be able to appreciate Full-HD glory on 7" above devices and that's where these technology should go.

Here's to hoping a software upgrade in the OS can enable this.

I love my new iPad. I hate the fact that a 4 minute record is like 1/2 a GB. I have to down convert to 360P to post in a reasonable time.

1080P looks great! Hard to "move around" though.
