I disagree with this article, I think the RAZR is ugly as sin and way too thin and flat. It's like a rectangular pancake. If the iPhone was a 4" screen I would say it should be in the Top 3. SGS2 in white needs to be in Top 3 as well. I do like the N9. I bet the Nexus would be up there if it was white. And seriously, not a single HTC phone? I don't like HTC phones but visually they look good. Build quality is junk though.

I think the RAZR is sexy! My girlfriend has had to talk me out of buying it like 2-3 times in the past two weeks by reminding me that i'll just end up paying the $35 restocking fee when the Nexus releases...

I knew the Razr would win this as I clicked on the article, the Xperia Ray is nothing special, but I absolutely love the N9 unibody!
I thought the GALAXY Nexus should have been No. 2 though

I had N9/Lumia pegged for #1 but Razr is pretty ugly irl with the akward camera hump and completely mismatched color scheme of kevlar vs body

The Razre should have only won if it had a thinner screen bezel.
I think the N9/Nokia Lumia 800 should have won first place.

My Sony Ericsson Neo or Arc is better slimmer and is amazing at looks than that of Sony Xperia Ray!!

I agree with you, The Xperia Arc S white version or the Original Xperia arc Misty Silver is the sexiest by any means in the smartphone world. If you compare the Arc to these three mentioned side by side, they would absolutely sucked!

While it was a single person who wrote the article, it was the team of editors who chose the winner in the category, as well as the runner-ups. This is nothing more than PhoneArena's pick, and if you believe that a different device should have won the best design title, that is absolutely fine. No need for obscenities or an excessive use of punctuation marks.

YAHOO!!! MY phone won!! LOL, like I actually get some sort of monetary or personal gain from it. Yeah, the design is nice - thin phone, but no pull out battery, well with a little work that can change.
Everybody acts like because they buy a phone that they now own that company and that company cares about them.
Buy a phone and be happy with your choice.

the htc amaze shouldve been #1...my girlfriend has that phone in white and man that phone is f**king rock soild wow prue perfection by htc...and has the spec to back it up compare to the nokia and sony...HTC AMAZE FOR THE WIN

Sony ericsson Ray '1st runner up'...!!!!!! I'm puzzled by ur choice PA, I thnk xperia arc or arc s looks more awesome than that stupid 'Ray'........... BTW thr shud hav been a tie between Razr nd N9 for 1st spot........ Though Razr has great looks but due to anamolies in it's design it look way bigger than other phones with same screen sizes...........

I understand the Razr and Nokia, but experia?! I don't get that one. Apple still has the sexiest phone by far, but with no design change they don't qualify.

HTC not mentioned. lol Almost all of their phones are similar in size and design.
but I heard thats going to change for CES, some consumer eletronics show.
possibly a brand new flagship phone.

Ray has a great design. People who had the chance to hold it to their hands would probably agree with this. If it had an apple trademark there would be way more buzz around it. Also Xperia arc had unique design and deserved a placement among top 3.
