PayPal app for Windows Phone 8 gets updated
The update will allow you to use the app to search for local merchants that accept the new PayPal Here service, allowing you to pay the merchant from your PayPal account. The update also takes care of the usual bug fixes, and improves the UI. The latter will make it easier to find Add/Withdraw. And PayPal users with a Security Key on their account, will be able to enjoy improved messaging services.
The PayPal app works with Windows Phone 7.5 (remember that build of the OS?), Windows Phone 8 and Windows Phone 8.1, and takes the app to version 188.8.131.52. The entire app is 5MB, and is free.

They still cant fit the text spacing an sizing properly in their GUI and apps?
Looks little outdated from like Wp7 days.
Should have left that style setting "Trend" tied to the bridge before they lit it an walked away.

"Yet somehow Android is copying WP UI priciples."
Sorry to break it to you, FakeItUp, but Microsoft didn't invent FONTS.
And that is really all you have to say. That everyone is copying Microsoft because they use fonts.
What's next? Did Microsoft invent the colors blue and white too?

Its more than just fonts that is similar, its the whole Android design language, we all know what Android looked like and where its going now, it clearly is inspired by WP. Design language in general have shift. It used to be old glossy, faux leather design now the are now flat bold colors, minimalism, cleaness, that's WP.

Guess WP influenced my cable provider too, they got rid of 3d buttons on the built in TV guide.
Do you now see that, though similar in style, these things are NOT the same underneath that facade?
As well, they offer nothing to functionality or reason to use over another of different looks as in biased to this style.
This design element is not the package, it's just a wrapping. See the forest for the trees.

Are both apps not made by Paypal?
Using fonts and spacings used by the OS.
The rest would be their choosing no?
So again, this app by Paypal,
is Androids way of copying WP?

Its consistent with Android material design, regardless that just goes to show as I've stated before that material design was inspired by WP UI.

Palm inspired a lot,..
Captain Kirk as well.
That got Moto so far.
I think you should find a new angle.
How about it's the OS,
that shows you windows into your life!

Still looks better than any Android app. I bet most of the Play Store is still littered with apps using the pre-Gingerbread design language.

To us, functionality and breadth of ability,
To WP, I'm not sure, don't care, amounts to nothing more then lipstick on a pig in the middle of a large lake.

So funny, I threw my WP laughing and went out and brought an Android phone!

I don't understand this paypal company. My account suddenly became limited and they wont give clear reason why. Im just curious because I didnt do anything beyond normal. There should be a law to protect us clients.

Tiles are the present and the future, they are awesome, elegant and content filled, everybody is using them now.

I wonder if there is a market for a service company that helps social sites find and eliminate shill infestations.
There's enough of us doing this very thing on PA that we might as well be paid for these efforts, just as the shills are being paid to promote their WP nonsense.

Troll know your place, anyone who defends WP is a shill, get real. You constantly come to WP and attack the OS if anyone is getting paid its you.
