Palm is going to introduce a new OS next month?
There was an information leak about Palm’s new operating system, which is currently known with its code name “Nova”. It is expected to be demonstrated together with the first device to use it, during the CES 2009 expo in January 2009. According to Jon Rubinstein, Executive Chairman of Palm, the purpose of the new OS will be to satisfy the mass customer’s needs, balancing between business and multimedia features. An official release date is not yet known, but it is expected roughly in the middle of 2009.

Information on what’s “Nova” going to look like is still missing, since Palm keeps this secret very strictly. We will be at the CES 2009, so let’s hope we’ll be able to check it out.

Oh my god! They are going to pull a Nintendo. Make one last instane product that will hopefully save the company. I herd it was going to be linux based. I could be wrong though. But this is going to be good!!!

It had better be. If it isn't, bye bye Palm.
