Palm closes most of its retail stores

The California based smartphone manufacturer has been loosing customers to RIM and Apple, which will result in shutting down most of the company’s retail stores. Palm will also close 26 Airport Wireless locations before the end of Q3. The company has announced that a shortage of parts for the latest Treo is going to hurt production as well.
