Palm Treo 680 for Cingular, 700wx for Verizon

The rumors say that Palm will please the US #1 carrier's customers with the Treo 680 – a Palm OS based phone with internal antenna. Unfortunately it won't feature 3G but you'll still be able to get Palm, QWERTY, and NO antenna in a Treo device. It's expected to be announced tomorrow.

The mid-December will cheer the Verizon customers up with the availability of the 700wx, about a year after the original (700w) version came out. The wx version is the same Windows Mobile Treo but with double the RAM memory (64 instead of 32) and is already available with Sprint.
