Sorry don't think so. Storm2 will not out sell the Pre if it comes to VZW. And you think it fixed the bugs but for the storm owners I know, still want to throw that device in the river. All said they will not buy the Storm2, in fact some say they lost faith in RIM. And you are making fun of Sanyo? They are a low level phones. Are you serious with that comparasion? You are an idiot.

the new software or the first storm has helped the first gen phone tremendously I didn't realize how slow it was on certain things until I upgraded the software.... wow! what a difference! BTW I agree with you... I think it will beat the Pre in sales as well but palms have a place within our line up and I am glad to see we are rumored to get it.

Well, you must not know many storm owners then to be honest because the new software has been VERY WELL accepted and for you to even say something as stupid as "some say they lost faith in RIM" just shows your bias. Seriously!?!?! lost their faith in RIM? What about the company that hadn't made any improvements to their smart phones in 2 years like Palm did? The Pre looks cool, but let's see how it works in the real world for a bit first. This is why i'm ok with Sprint having it first, let them have the growing pains with the device and then we will get (maybe) the one with the software fixes. People will wait for the VZW version that have their phones with Vzw.

I agree. . .whether the phone is a success or a flop it will work in VZW's favor with Sprint launching and having all the trouble and it'll be a more perfected device when it comes to vzw. . .VZW Palm customers have been dying for a new palm though some have jump for a storm or curve a lot of customers are dedicated to the brand either because they like it or corporate makes them use palm devices. . .

Everyone is entitled to their comments. So the ones who I quoted are entitled to theirs as well. The updates was good for you. The updates didn't please those I know. Yes sorry I don't know 200 storm users but only know 24 between family and friends. My apologies to you and RIM. Answer me this, since I cannot comment on the Storm2 since I don't know the Storm. What if the Pre out sells the Storm2. How do you think RIM's CEO will react? That's a serious question.
