0. phoneArena posted on 08 May 2012, 11:22

P2i’s Aridion is an invisible liquid repellent that “coats every aspect of a finished product at a nanoscopic level and protects much more thoroughly than alternative approaches.” The coating itself is about as thin as human hair so...

This isn't news. The DROID RAZRS and the DROID 4 already have liquid repellent nano-coating.

Evidence and facts

@ mas11 --- Do you have any intelligence? Don't answer that because your answer will be tainted by your stupidity.

If you think this isn't new then why did you click on the article? If it was just to comment then try providing you evidence or proof that these phones do indeed have " liquid repellent nano-coating" as you claim.

If you go tohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cU7MX1q9lI you can see that the DROID RAZR has it. Don't make yourself look like an idiot by not doing your research and insulting other's intelligence. Btw it is one of the big selling points of the new DROIDS. And thanks TCVerizonRep for backing me up.

In the past few months, there have been several companies touting this technology. It's not even new technology... it just hasn't been applied to phones and electronics until recently.

Point is that mas11 wrote "This isn't news" and not giving any damn evidence to back his claim. He had to have others try to make his point which is non-existing. This article is about the demo from P2i and it's OWN liquid repellent nano-coating not about Motorola's version.

I did give my own evidence to back up my claim after it was requested. I didn't give it at first because I assumed that most people on Phone Arena knew enough about phones but I guess I need to back up everything I say for you. If you read the Phone Arena's review of the DROID RAZR they mention the water repellent nano-coatinghttp://www.phonearena.com/reviews/Motorola-DROID-RAZR-Review_id2884. So I have now provided you with two of my own sources. So don't tell me I can't give you any evidence. I love how you switch the way you attack me when I back myself up. You now claim "This article is about the demo from P2i and it's OWN liquid repellent nano-coating not about Motorola's version." I meant that liquid repellant nano-coating isn't anything new and is already in use. And btw learn the difference between its and it’s. You said, “P2i and it’s (meaning it is) OWN liquid repellent nano-coating.” It’s a bad idea to insult others’ intelligence when you can’t even tell the difference between it’s and its.
