AT&T customers who jumped the gun and went out to snatch up the Garmin Nuvifone G60 right away might be regretting their hasty actions now that Android powered Garminfone is headed over to T-Mobile. Although it was just recently announced, the device was snapped up in the flesh to provide us what to expect when the real deal is finally available. Naturally the biggest focus to the T-Mobile Garminfone is its navigational prowess, but we'd imagine that packing Android on board will surely complete the package. However, it'll compete in an already crowded Android lineup on T-Mobile as the T-Mobile myTouch Slide is also well on its way to becoming available. Nonetheless, T-Mobile customers will surely be treated to a better experience with the Garminfone as opposed to those AT&T customers who are now stuck with their Garmin Nuvifone G60 handsets.

This phone lacks a nice camera (5MP, at least) with flash and a cool new android 2.1 OS. Somewhere I read earlier that this phone had sported a resistive screen instead the capacitive screen as listed on the spec. Is it something new or a mistake? I definitely hope it is capacitive as spec said now though.
