yea, why the heck is it releasing with gingerbread? I wonder if they are having problems with GPU acceleration with ICS since its not ARM? There has got to be a reason.

It has to be the GPU acceleration as you said, or just a compatibility problem in general. or ICS may stress the processor to the point of even crappier battery life.

ICS was optimized for x86 from right from the get go. So all the benchies should be even better on ICS...
