Ok now that It has that sort of price point it MAY sell decently. The fact that it has Gingerbread over ICS is still a no go for me

Who is the manufacturer of this phone? The design of this device almost looks as though it could be the design of the next iPhone, mainly becasue of the stainless steel on the side, the positioning of the SIM slot, and bottom of the device (where it micro USB & speakers are) looks similar to those from recent leaks of the next iPhone.
