Opera Mini 5.1 improves browsing & targets phones with limited memory

When it comes to web browsing, Opera Mini does a fine job in catering to a host of mobile operating platforms while equally providing a similar experience that doesn't detract from their repertoire. That's where Opera Mini 5.1 comes into mind as it's the latest version that's specifically targeting phones with limited storage capacity – while at the same time, improves the overall browsing experience.
