One-day Samsung Galaxy S III deal slashes its price to $499 off contract

The Samsung Galaxy S III, probably the hottest smartphone on the market right now, is getting its retail price slashed by $100 in a limited time deal at 1SaleADay. So if you’re looking for the Galaxy S III without the carrier ties, you'd better hurry up and make use of the 19 remaining hours for this deal. It brings the off-contract price of the SGS III to $499.99 and adds in free shipping.
Currently, you can get the Galaxy S III much cheaper subsidized on a carrier, for around $200, but this would lock you into a 2-year contract.
You probably already know what the U.S. version of the Galaxy S III brings, but let us recap it once again. You get a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED screen with 720x1280-pixel resolution, a dual-core Qualcomm Snadpragon S4 chip working alongside 2GB of RAM. Best of all, the Galaxy S III is expected to get updated to Jelly Bean in just about a week or so. Hit the source link below for that great deal and don't forget to share with us whether you bought it or not.

Really only saving $50. I paid $549 at an AT&T corporate store for mine off contract. Still, any money saved is a bonus.

I hope within 2 months that I could not expect more.

Still not a good price in my eyes. No offense andriods have rly s**tty resale value and paying $500 is not worth it in my mind. Not to mention 1 month later another better faster phone will come out and take over.
