On eve of BlackBerry Playbook 2.0 launch, BlackBerry Bridge update now available
With the BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 update coming on Tuesday, RIM has now made available the latest version of BlackBerry Bridge via App World. The latest version of BlackBerry Bridge, 2.0.0.25, allows those installing the new PlayBook OS to take advantage of all of the new features available. Once you have installed PlayBook OS 2.0, the new version of BlackBerry Bridge will allow you to remotely control your BlackBerry tablet's keyboard, trackpad and touchscreen.

Other features of the updated BlackBerry Bridge include the ability to copy/paste from anywhere in BlackBerry Bridge PlayBook apps and use the Device Properties menu to turn on and off BlackBerry Bridge apps like email, calendar and address book. The update improves stability and fixes some connectivity bugs. You will also be able to use the menu on your BlackBerry smartphone to open attachments, files and web sites on your BlackBerry PlayBook. Finally, there will also be some UX improvements.

To download the update to BlackBerry Bridge, you need to be using a 'Berry running OS 5 or higher. You can find the update on your BlackBerry at BlackBerry App World or at the sourcelink.
