I saw a commercial for the TouchPad last night on ESPN. I was surprised to see it given the recent news that Web OS was abandoned. I think the commercial plus the FAQ support the idea that HP will sell the TouchPad again in limited quantities.

i am not sure limited qualities is the best word... best buy returned 95% of the touch pads and they had most of them to begin with.. hp has at least a hundred thousand and most likely more

i don't think so.. first hp has a "warehouse" of them... and initially best buy shipped the touch pads back to hp

If the 'limited quantities' story is true, then why is HP looking to ration sales? They have announced their departure from the market and it is all about clearing inventory and moving on. Setting a 1 unit per customer policy just stretches out the time they have to deal with the inventory. Of course HP hasn't exactly been on their A game of late, so who knows?
