HTC is offering a line of cases for the HTC One S that add a spring-loaded kickstand to the back of the device ($40); if that is too rich for your blood, a version of the hard shell case covered with soft touch is available sans kickstand for $25...

Like the kick stand but need a raise edge design to keep screen from surface. And access to all ports too.

For $15 upcharge, the kickstand should at least be able to work in both vertical and landscape modes. Not impressed.

according to HTC, this phone is so durable that it doesn't need a case!!!!!
